  • January 30, 2010 :: Charge only policies start on March 1, 2010.  Read More.
  • January 10, 2010 :: Rio Bravo Country Club will eliminate Monday play  and the Club will be closed on Mondays - more details to follow.
  • January 10, 2010 :: Rio Bravo Country Club hits the 242 Buddy Membership mark.  Since the inception of this innovative membership program in September 2008, it has just hit the mark with the golf community in Bakersfield. 

    "The Buddy Membership has exceeded our expectations!  We made the best golf course in town a value to the community." says Mario Valenzuela, the creator of the Buddy Membership Program at Rio Bravo Country Club.

      
      
  • October 26, 2009 :: Members are reminded to provide guest name information to the Pro Shop when setting up tee times so it can be transmitted to the Security Gate.  All guests must be cleared through the Security Gate before entry is allowed. You can now purchase a transponder for the Guard Gate.  Transponders subject to Security Protocols found at www.rbcahoa.org and Club Rules & Regulations governing members in good standing.  You must be in good standing to purchase and use a transponder.  Transponders are subject to restrictions on entry periods.  Go to www.rbcahoa.org for more details under the Guard section.
